So we all got up a little earlier than usual today because my in-laws had to drive back to Wisconsin. We met for breakfast before they did that and before I went to work.
I took a separate car to the restaurant, all dressed and ready to get to work on time, but as I left the house, I slipped on the shoes I’d been slipping on most of the week hanging out with them.
After a nine-plus hour shift in boots that look cute but lack in the support category, my dogs are barking.
Unfortunately, James isn’t big on foot massages, so I’ll just have to suck it up and be more conscious of my choices in footwear the next few days.
