I’ve become diligent about flossing. About dental hygiene. Although I’m still terrified of going to the dentist. I figure I might be less terrified if I take the proper care. I’m also in my second day of Crest Whitestrips.
The thing about flossing is that my mom told me that people who floss regularly live longer. Flossing helps to remove some of those unpleasant bacteria that would otherwise burrow their way into your gums not only causing gingivitis and gum disease, but pneumonia and heart disease. So I decided to start flossing.
At first, there was some blood, but since I’ve been flossing at least once daily now for over a week, my gums have gotten so tough they could probably beat up your gums. Unless you also floss, in which case, my gums accept a draw.
